Advertising Payment Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information used when Web Productions Inc. collects advertising subscription payments for Daily Time Capsule and Offbeat Pathfinder.

Information involved

We collect the receipt email you submit and records identifying the selected publication, plan, amount, currency, Checkout Session, subscription, and payment status. Stripe collects payment credentials and billing details on its hosted Checkout page. Web Productions does not receive full card numbers through this website.

How the information is used

The information is used to create and administer the subscription, reconcile payments to the correct publication, provide receipts and support, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and respond to billing disputes or legal requirements.

Service provider

Stripe processes the payment and subscription. Stripe's handling of information is also governed by its privacy policy.

Retention and questions

Payment and support records are retained as reasonably needed for subscription administration, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. For questions or correction requests, use the contact page or email mhunter@WEBPRO.EMAIL.
