Advertising Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the Founding Advertiser subscriptions for Daily Time Capsule and Offbeat Pathfinder that are billed by Web Productions Inc.

Recurring charge

The selected plan costs $49.95 per month. The first payment is due when you subscribe. There is no free trial. Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until the subscription is cancelled.

Advertising placement

Your selected publication is recorded with the subscription. Placement details, creative approval, start dates, and any additional deliverables must be confirmed separately in writing. A payment does not approve submitted creative or change a written placement agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel future renewals, use the Web Productions contact page or email mhunter@WEBPRO.EMAIL. We will confirm the effective cancellation date. Cancelling does not automatically reverse a charge that has already completed. Refund requests are reviewed according to the written advertising agreement, work already delivered, and applicable law.

Billing questions

Contact Web Productions promptly if a receipt, charge, or publication selection appears incorrect. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

Any future change to the subscription price or these recurring billing terms will apply prospectively and will be communicated before it takes effect.
